It was one year ago today that George Floyd was killed by a Minneapolis police officer. His arrest -- and murder -- captured in a disturbing video. Touching off mass protests, calls for police reform, and a murder conviction of former police officer Derek Chauvin. Tuesday, officials announced 423 new, positive cases and 24 new deaths. Since the start of the pandemic, there have been 886,271 cases in the state and 26,124 confirmed and probable deaths.
