With the coronavirus shaking up the world, I thought I would make a video sharing how I think the spread of it could potentially affect real estate and the housing market. As of the making of this video, Italy has been quarantined, the NBA season has been suspended, the NCAA tournament cancelled, and all the dried foods at my local supermarket have been wiped off the shelves.....pretty scary stuff.
