N.C. Leader John Bell Slams Hurricane Recovery Delays

During a joint legislative oversight committee meeting into hurricane recovery delays by Gov. Roy Cooper's administration, House Majority Leader John Bell (R-Wayne) said, "It is absolutely unacceptable that on the four year anniversary of Hurricane Florence making landfall that we still have people displaced and waiting for assistance - not just from this storm - but as far back as Hurricane Matthew in 2016."
