The Open Championship is back in sunny Scotland as Carnoustie hosts the 147th edition of the oldest major.Dustin Johnson is the bookies' favourite to lift the Claret Jug with Justin Rose, Rickie Fowler and Rory McIlroy not far behind him in the betting.
