Ingredients For Marinade: Chicken Breast (Boneless) – 250g Tandoori Paste – 2 tbsp (IWLD special recipe available on channel) Salt – to taste Red Chili Powder – a pinch Lemon Juice – 1 tsp For Stuffing: Mozzarella Cheese – 2 tbsp (grated) Processed Cheese – 1 tbsp (grated) Chopped Garlic – 1 tsp Butter – 1 tsp Garlic Powder – ¼ tsp Oregano – ¼ tsp Chili Flakes – ¼ tsp Black Pepper – ¼ tsp For Cooking: Desi Ghee / Butter – 1 tbsp (for frying) Onion Slice – to make pan non-stick Step-by-Step Recipe 1. Prepare Chicken Clean and slice the boneless chicken breast thinly. Apply salt and red chili powder. Coat with tandoori paste and marinate for 15–20 minutes. 2. Prepare Cheese Mixture Mix grated mozzarella and normal cheese with garlic, butter, oregano, chili flakes, garlic powder, and pepper. Keep this mixture chilled to make stuffing easy. 3. Stuff the Chicken Fill one side of the marinated chicken with cheese mixture. Fold carefully and secure with toothpicks so stuffing doesn’t spill out. 4. Fry the Chicken Rub onion on a cast iron pan with ghee to make it non-stick. Fry the chicken until half-cooked and golden on both sides. 5. Bake for Finishing Preheat oven to 180°C. Brush butter on top and bake for 15–20 minutes until fully cooked. If no oven, continue on tawa until fully done. 6. Serve & Enjoy Garnish with herbs and lemon.
