Thousands of refugees stranded on Greece-Macedonia border
The European Union is planning to spend hundreds of millions of dollars on aid to alleviate the refugee crisis. It follows a warning from the UN that there's a humanitarian crisis developing at the Greece-Macedonia border, where the buildup of refugees continues.
