Satellite photos of North Korea's nuclear test facility in Punggye-ri, show a flurry of new activity at the site, amid growing speculation the regime is on the verge of conducting its sixth nuclear test. According to 38 North, a U.S.-based watchdog, workers have resumed pumping water out of a tunnel, which is believed to have been prepared for a nuclear test. The photos also showed people playing what appeared to be a game of volleyball, which 38 North believes, is part of a propaganda effort by Pyongyang.
