It's a record for an Andy Warhol artwork. At auction in New York, $105 million has been paid for the 1963 painting "Silver Car Crash". From the late pop artist's seminal death and disaster series, it captures the immediate aftermath of a road accident and has reportedly only been seen in public once in the last 26 years.
