Cancer Metastases Detection on Gigapixel Pathology Images

I worked on detecting metastases of cancer cells for the final project of the course Applied Deep Learning at Columbia University. I use an InceptionV3-based model by combining multiple zoom levels and resolutions for the detection of tumor cells in high-resolution gigapixel images of the CAMELYON16 dataset.
