Mass Effect 2 (PS3 Trilogy) bug on Disabled Collector Vessel (part1)

Hey guys! I'm a big ME fan. And played Mass Effect 1 and 2 years ago on PC. Now that i have a PS3 and Mass Effect 3, i bought the Trilogy to play all of them sequentially. But, in Mass Effect 2, on the mission Disabled Collector Vessel, i bug don't let me continue the game. I tried to clean the cd, unnistall dlc and patchs, but nothing works. A "Loading" splash come up on the screen in a specific area (the game gets slower too) and go all the way until i pass in a door that EDI says break a firewall on the system. But even with the bug, when i cross the door, there's no collectors to kill and the next door is blocked. I need resolve this bug to finish the game. Tips? Please.
