NieR Replicant: The Ultimate Weapon (Cover)

The video might contain something spoiler-ish if you haven't played past the time skip. Just a heads up. --- With the release of Replicant ver. 1.22, I'm back to making Nier covers. I had been waiting for the day I could record in-game footage to put in my videos instead of plain text and random 3D renders. I love Nier and I'm so so so happy to be playing it again! The underground facility was always my favourite part in it. I even used to have a save file right before that mission just so I could play it again whenever I felt like it. It's probably because of that, that this song is also one of my favourites in the series. That said, I really hope you like this cover. I wanted to make it for years and spent very much time making sure it communicates even half of the emotions that the original song made me feel. I'm still thinking about whether or not I should've made the drums louder, but honestly, I'll just have to call it a day at this point.
