Lance was stuck in a junkyard in Little Haiti, tied to a chair by Diaz’s crew. When one guard stepped away, Lance pretended to be asleep, then tricked the guard and broke free. Even though he was injured, he managed to fight off a few men and grab some health nearby. More of Diaz’s men arrived in cars, but Lance blew one up and used a garbage truck to push through the rest. Suddenly, the scene faded — it was only a dream. Tommy woke up in his Ocean View suite. He went to see Cam Jones, who told him he was out of supplies but mentioned a stash in Vice Point. Tommy went there, collected the packages, but the police noticed him and gave chase. The last package was on a rooftop. After Tommy grabbed it, a police helicopter showed up. He fought off the officers, took control of the helicopter, and flew away. Later, Tommy visited Mercedes. She explained that Berkley needed a special van owned by Markus in downtown. Markus refused to give it up, saying his business depended on it. Tommy decided to take matters into his own hands, stole the van, and delivered it to Berkley’s garage. Finally, Tommy set his sights on Diaz’s crew near the Ocean View gas station. He tried to take over the area, but the first fight didn’t go well. On his second attempt, he came back prepared, fought through the gang, and claimed the territory. The mission was complete.
