PALAK & METHI VEG CUTLETS.... A very delicious & tasty recipe for breakfast.... Do try this recipe & comment below.... Ingredients: 1 bowl Breadcrumbs (or as required) 5 boiled and mashed potatoes 1/2 cup fenugreek leaves washed and chopped.(methi patta) 1/2 cup spinach leaves washed & chopped(palak). 50 grams grated paneer 100 grams fresh green peas 1/4 cup capsicum finely chopped 1 carrot finely chopped 100 grams cabbage finely chopped 1 large onion finely chopped 1/4 cup French beans finely chopped 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves 3 Chopped green chillies 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste (can add only ginger paste also) 1/4 tsp garam masala powder 1/4 tsp haldi powder 1 & 1/2 tsp. Red Chilli powder 1/2 tsp. Jeera powder 1/2 tsp. Chat masala 1/2 tsp. Sugar 1 tsp. Lemon juice 5 tbsp. Cornflour Salt as required Cooking oil as required Preparation: In a nonstick pan heat 1 tbl spn. Cooking oil as it's hot add 3 Chopped green chillies, 1 tsp. Ginger garlic paste fry for a minute till the paste gets fried & add 1 large onion finely chopped, fry for a minute. Add 1/4 cup finely chopped french beans, 100 grams fresh green peas, 1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum, mix it and add I Finley chopped carrot ,again mix for a minute & add 1 cup Finley chopped cabbag approx 100 grams, stir and cook for 2 minutes, now add 1/2 cup chopped methi leaves & 1/2 cup chopped palak leaves together and fry until it dries up. Then cover the lid and cook for about 2 minutes. Open and add 1/2 tsp. Jeera powder, 1 & 1/2 tsp. Red Chilli powder, 1/2. tsp chaat masala powder, 1/2 tsp. Haldi powder, 1/4 tsp. garam masala powder, 1/2 tsp. Sugar and mix all the ingredients properly. Now add 5 boiled and mashed potatoes & mix,add salt as per taste, 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tsp lemon juice and give it a proper mix.turn of the flame ,add 50 grams grated paneer and mix. Transfer the mixture in a bowl, now add 5 tbsp Cornflour and Mix the mixture, as it's cool prepare the cutlets in round d shape, coat it with breadcrumbs, press with your hands. Same way prepare all the Cutlets ready for deep frying. (You can also shallow fry). Let's heat good amount of cooking oil, as the oil is hot, add the prepared cutlets in it carefully, keep the flame on medium to high. Fry it on both sides until it turns and crispy, and remove it on an absorbent paper. Same ways deep fry all the Cutlets.
