Why do these pouring mediums look so different?

If you mix the same paint with 4 different pouring mediums and get them the same consistency, they will not all flow the same. Pouring medium consistency differences are caused by multiple factors including the "stickiness" of the medium and how it mixes with water and the paint. Ultimately Fleotrol at the consistency of a mound that quickly disappears is the same consistency as glue that is a slight mount upon a mound which is the same consistency as Liquitex that is a traditional mound upon a mound.
