Gym bros and Destination inner team members Mike Newkirk, James Mottu, Josh Smith, Cody Weaver, Jake Brucker, Johanna Evertson and Michael Haynes partake in bringing the show, literally and figuratively to Iron City Gym, Roman Empire Gym and the NRG Center. In typical IWT fashion we got busy with work, fueled up, trained and repeated.
