Chasing Great Food #2 | Gaziantep Flavors | A Motorcycle Food Journey with İlker Ayrık

🏍 In this episode, I turned my route towards Gaziantep. As they say, you go where the good food comes from, so this time I traced the legendary flavors of Antep. With the support of Honda... 📍 I started the day by having beyran at Metanet Restaurant. I even went to the beyran counter, but... I didn't cook it to avoid burning my hand. 😄 Immediately afterwards, I tasted katmer and simit katmer at Metanet Katmer, which was within walking distance. I might have overindulged in dessert... 🎨 I visited the Zeugma Mosaic Museum. Those mosaics, those details… It's truly impossible not to be amazed. 🍽 Then I went to Yesemek Gaziantep Cuisine. I tried different flavors of Antep, every bite showed a separate effort. 🛠 I wandered around the historical Coppersmiths' Bazaar. I bought Antep cheese, witnessed the making of kebab skewers. I shopped at the herbalist, tasted the snacks offered by the shopkeepers. I bought a frying pan to use in camping trips, and a cauldron to use in the kitchen at Rita Farm. 🔥 I ate liver at Löküs Ciğer… but this journey didn't end here. A surprise finale awaits you.
