It was about 7 years ago that Mike and Terri tried their first booch, and within a week, they were given a SCOBY and began making their own to share with family and friends. Those early experiments led to a Kombucha CSA share, with home deliveries made by bicycle. Mike is the brew master, tending to the fermentation process and carefully monitoring each batch of kombucha to ensure the highest quality. Terri brings her culinary talent to the mix, concocting various herbal and fruit combinations that are adored by consumers as much for their flavor as they are for their tonic effects. The Landas feel it is important to source ingredients from local farmers as much as possible so that consumers are truly getting a taste of Idaho. The end product is a gorgeous, fizzy, locally made kombucha with subtle, nuanced flavor indicative of the care, thoughtfulness and precision that goes into each batch.
