CN High Noon Toons Bumpers + Hoot Nanny Promo (Jan. & Feb. 1996)

EDIT (7/18): I've decided to make this video public to spread awareness of what I have. I uploaded the commercials for this tape back last year, but the comments disappeared and the visibility of the video tanked. I may re-upload those commercials in better quality later on, but this is good enough for now. This is one of my grails in my home-recorded VHS cartoon collection, and the most expensive tape I've ordered on eBay ($40). I've had this tape since 2019, but the contents of this tape have never been seen in this quality before. Also included is a promo for an otherwise unknown series called "Hoot Nanny," in which the only previous mention of anything like the promo describes is in an article in Atlanta Magazine from October 2005 (pg. 140, pgph. 3).
