ScamJam 227 "Does My Bot Turn You On?"

Scambot "Melody" calls with a "quick one question survey" to see if she should sell my number to charity scammers. I guess I did well because minutes later scambot "Eric" calls from the bogus "National Police And Troopers Association" yet needs coaching on how to run his recordings. Even a button panel barrage firestorm doesn't derail his pitch. But there's more! Scambot "Kenneth Allen" calls from the fake "Connecticut State Drive For The National Police Support Fund" (have you ever heard such BS? Klever Kenneth even starts with a witty joke about be being a pickle. Hah hah. They even have a number! 866-487-4515. Unfortunately, his button pushing skills are limited and he forwards me to his supervisor "Jamie Nichols" (a real person) who has no idea she's speaking with a series of recordings and even giggles at my provocative questions :-) From the Better Business Bureau website: "According to the National Police Support Fund's mailing, it is a 527 Political Non Profit Corporation and contributions are not tax deductible." Others have reported hearing from them: https://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-866... Remember, these scammers are only making money for themselves! ALWAYS donate to your favorite charity directly!!!
