Russia starts using Thermobaric Missiles on Ukraine

Russian has started using TOS-1A Thermobaric missiles on the infrastructure and innocent civilians of Ukraine. Thermobaric Missiles release flammable substances into air that then catch fire resulting in devastation at a very high level as they can turn human bodies into vapor within no time, damage buildings and rupture all internal organs of all living beings. Previously, Cluster Bombs had similar affect and so were banned by governments at an international level. But as of now, the use of Thermobaric Weapons is not banned under the international law.
