No CM-PM can run a government from jail

When the case went to the High Court stating that Kejriwal was in jail and should resign from his post, the court observed that he ought to step down on moral grounds. However, under the present law, there is no such provision. My party and I firmly believe that whether it is a Prime Minister, a Chief Minister, or a Minister, no one should be allowed to run a government from behind bars.
