You must complete all sequence challenges for the "Playback" trophy, or in a memory for the "Perfect Memory" trophy. Replaying memories also unlocks the "If I Recall Correctly" trophy. The sequence challenges for the "The Snake's Nest" mission, with the main objective "Eliminate Qabiha," are as follows: Do not replenish your health. Do not use Eagle Vision. Do not take damage.
