Dino’s Tinker Shed, S2-Ep15. I build a custom dash for the Suzuki DR650 and show you how I did it part two. In this episode I continue the build a custom dash for the Suzuki DR650 to address some of the shortcomings of the stock fairing. Over course of this video Ill fit the stock headlight back into the new dash, select where my power outlets, relay and fuse panel will go, show you how I wire it all up and make a custom bracket for support of the stock fairing. Karl is going to stop by and show us how a weather pack connector is put together and Ill show you how a nutsert is installed in a flat panel as well. Overall, this was a fun project and I hope you like it, your feed back from the last video helped chose the color of the dash and you will see that on this episode as well.
