Super Mario Kart SNES - Donut Plains 20''26 in emulator

Okay, I cheated, but I had to do it for this video! :P This was a request of Onirayushizobura, he saw my video of cheats in emulator for Super Mario Kart and had the idea to see what happens with the other cars time if you win the race in almost half a minute. The result is the expected, they got a standard time of 1'26'' adding 1 second to each position.
