The Consequences of Arguing With Police

Police were dispatched to remove a man drinking in someone else's backyard. Instead of the interaction culminating in a simple warning, the suspect felt the need to argue with law enforcement. After going hands-on and detaining the offender, his attitude only worsened. Instead of receiving one warning, the suspect was charged with five criminal offenses. However, despite having almost 60 prior convictions in that county alone, he only had to serve 26 days in jail before being ordered to complete probation.
