In Iceland, new magma is seemingly pushing the ground upwards at the Fagradalsfjall volcano, despite the fact its last eruption ended only a little less than a month ago. Meanwhile, in Alaska, an earthquake swarm hit the Semisopochnoi volcano, suggesting that this volcano is undergoing a similar situation. And, at Iceland's Grimsvotn volcano, a glacial flood referred to as a jokulhlaup occurred. This video will discuss these stories and list the 45 volcanoes which are actively erupting around the planet.
