AFRICA NEEDS YOU .................................................................................................. Various scholars have argued that in the African worldview, to exist is to be religious in a true Religious universe. Hence, it is unthinkable for an African to live without religion. As a result, Religion constitutes an inextricable part of the African society, making businesses and socioeconomic activities to often be flavoured with religious expressions and rituals. Here at the Human Capital International we believe that it's time for Africa’s religiosity and traditions to move from mere fraternity to function, from pageantry to purpose, from convocation to causative living, and from over-spiritualization of life to a spiritually impactful life. This is imperative as faith-based institutions in Africa have almost 99% of the informal sector entrepreneurs as fully persuaded adherents, at all levels of the geographical space. Join us from now on, as we explore the critical role Faith-based institutions can play in achieving the ideals of AfCFTA and Agenda 2063: the Africa we want.
