Stu Allan (RIP) Tribute mix

Upon hearing the sad news of Stu Allan's passing over the weekend I felt a tribute mix would be highly in order. It was listening to the Hardcore Hour on his Sunday night radio show on Picadilly Key 103 that got me into Hardcore in the first place, if my memory serves me correctly on that very first time I heard what would of been a Cassette recording back then of his show he was playing Paul Elstak - Don't Leave Me Alone (   • Video  ) which still to this day is my all time favourite tune. My main memories of him from my Raving days were how much more excited I was for Compulsion at Bowlers in Manchester on the last Saturday of each month when he was booked to play in the Hardcore Arena. In fact thinking back the only time I used to venture out of the Hardcore and Hardcore Techno rooms at Compulsion and into the House room was for his sets. RIP to a North West Rave Scene pioneer and legend who's music will never be forgotten by the countless people like me out there who got into Raving in the first place off the back of hearing him on the radio.
