FINDINGS, CONCLUSIONS, AND ORDER 8.1 4000 Kruse Way Place Rezoning (LU 25-0029) On December 8, 2025, the Planning Commission issued a preliminary recommendation for the City Council to approve the proposed Comprehensive Plan Map (OC/R-3 to OC/R-0) and Zoning Map (OC to R-0) amendments at 4000 Kruse Way Place and directed staff to return with the draft Findings, Conclusions, and Order.
