Torrential rains Friday caused the Guadalupe River to surge over 20 feet in under two hours sweeping through campsites and low-lying areas. Camp Mystic, a private Christian summer camp, was hit hardest, rescue teams have been evacuating people by the hundreds. 27 young girls still remain missing from the Camp, as search and rescue efforts continues.
