Stockton's Globe Theatre to get £15 million revamp - Amy Lea

The Heritage Lottery Fund has confirmed a £4.5million National Lottery grant to go toward more than £10million coming from Stockton Council - all to transform the venue. Once restored, the neglected Grade II listed Art Deco Globe will: The Ambassador Theatre Group (ATG), will operate the Globe for the next 25 years. They own theatres in London's West End and on New York's Broadway. Amy Lea reports.
