RED DEAD REDEMPTION 2 - A Short Walk in a Pretty Town | Gold Medal Mission #40

Gold medal playthrough of Red Dead Redemption 2's mission "A Short Walk in a Pretty Town." Gold medal requirements: Kill 3 lawmen in dead eye while saving Bill Complete using only sidearms Complete within 4 minutes 30 seconds Get 20 headshots Complete the mission without taking any health items Very easy to fail this mission without using dead eye on every kill. My first shot at it I failed despite thinking I'd nailed every headshot. Was a shame too because I ran through it in 3 minutes flat, was an awesome gunfight. With pistols/revolvers it seems a bit random whether or not the headshot you think you're getting is in fact getting classified as a headshot kill. I guess the bullets don't always hit their target when you're just locking on a firing like a madman. But if you mark heads with dead eye you definitely get the headshot. I also found this difficult to complete if I stayed inside the gunsmith. For some reason locking on and shooting through the windows kept failing (as in, it wouldn't lock on or the window shot would miss even though it looked like it wouldn't). So I ended up going out onto the verandah to make it easier. If you're low on health though, that's probably a very bad idea.
