I wanted to cut down on my sugar intake, so I opted for a sugar-free version. DRY INGREDIENTS 2 cups flour 1 tsp baking soda 2 tbs stevia (or any sugar alternative that gives the same sweetness equivalent to about 3/4 to 1 cup of sugar ) pinch of salt 1 tsp cinnamon (optional) (other optional ingredients: nuts, chocolate chips) WET INGREDIENTS 2 eggs 1/2 cup (1 stick) melted butter 1 tsp vanilla 4 medium banana PROCEDURE 1) Preheat the oven. 2) Combine the dry ingredients together. 3) Make a well to put the wet ingredients in. 4) Mix. 5) Transfer to a greased baking pan. 6) Bake at 160 degrees Celsius for about 50-60 minutes. *Check it once in a while. When you think it looks done, poke the middle part with a toothpick or fork. If it comes out clean with nothing sticking to it, you can take the banana bread out of the oven. 7) Cool, then remove it from the pan and slice. / crissaoh / crissaoh / crissaohchinaygastronome –––––––––––––––––––––––––––––– Coral Reef by Spiring / user-57630131 Creative Commons — Attribution 3.0 Unported — CC BY 3.0 Free Download / Stream: https://bit.ly/3taBbps Music promoted by Audio Library • Coral Reef – Spiring (No Copyright Music) ––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––
