Eskom considers implementing stage 2 and 3 load-shedding, for the next 24 months

Eskom says it's considering implementing permanent stage 2 and 3 load-shedding, for the next 24 months. The utility and its leadership made the revelation, during a briefing earlier on the state of the grid. South African Energy Forum Executive Director Hlathi Madela weighs in.
