As the midterm elections fast approach, some US media outlets are warning of voter suppression, even accusing certain states of having "racist voting laws." Among the headlines this week is a claim that Florida voting laws are the "modern day version of Jim Crow." Senior Legal Fellow at the Heritage Foundation, Hans von Spakovsky, joins to share where this is coming from and what he can tell us about voting laws in Florida. In Georgia, there are cries of unfair voting laws as critics say the laws there are an attack on absentee voting. Von Spakovsky shares what the early numbers show.
