I use a mod called rampage trainer to set the in-game weapon accuracy to 100% as in no bloom. I also use rampage trainer and bandit hideout mod to set up the clips. I do have a Quickdraw mod to make it easier and smoother but you can do it vanilla. "How do I duel PEDS?" With Rampage Trainer mod. go to the PED and set a custom key bind for (set as enemy) turn away from the PED, press the key bind, and shoot. The Duels mod forces dead eye so I don't use it much. "Where do I find scenarios?" I'm either creating them with rampage trainer or Bandit hideout mod makes things easier but a lot less predictable. "How do I select weapons without opening the weapon wheel? Is it a mod?"
