Four plays from Pre-Season Action that give us a glimpse into why the Raiders cut him. 1. Ponder Setups up nicely off PA. However he fails to recognize the Quarters Coverage Responsibility of the SS and throws the Post Innacurately instead of leading the WR to Green Grass. 2. Ponder fails to take the immediate Arrow Route to TE and instead holds the ball too long. 3. Ponder fails to process under duress and does not throw the shallow cross. 4.
