The Feast of Saints Simon and Jude, Apostles, is celebrated on October 28th in the Roman Catholic Church. Saint Simon, known as the "Zealot," and Saint Jude Thaddeus, the "Patron of Hopeless Causes," were among Jesus’ twelve apostles. Although little is known about their lives, tradition holds that they spread the Gospel together in Persia (modern-day Iran), where they were martyred for their faith. This feast day honors their missionary zeal, martyrdom, and the unwavering faith they demonstrated in their service to Christ. 0:00 First Reading 0:46 Responsorial Psalm 1:17 Alleluia 1:28 Gospel End ..
