LIVE: Hardcore Randomizer Soul Link with My Brother! Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire (Part 1) Nuzlocke/ Soul lock / soul link Rules Limited Encounters: You can only catch the first wild Pokémon you encounter in each area. If it faints or flees, there are no second chances. Dying: Any Pokémon that faints is considered dead and must be released or permanently boxed. Nicknames: All Pokémon must be nicknamed to form stronger emotional bonds. Hardcore Rules No Items in Battle: Using items during battles is not allowed. Set Battle Style: The battle style must be set to "Set" (randomized movesets). Level Cap: You cannot level past the next Gym Leader's strongest Pokémon. Soul Link Rules Soul Linked Pokémon: Pokémon caught on the same route by both players are soul-linked. Different Types: The Pokémon cannot share the same primary type. If they do, a re-encounter is required. Shared Fate: If one Pokémon faints, its soul-linked partner also faints and must be released or boxed. Static Encounters: Static encounters (like gift Pokémon) are considered separate from route encounters. Additional Clauses Shiny Clause: Shiny Pokémon can be used, but they must replace your first encounter on that route. Dupes Clause: You can choose to catch duplicate Pokémon or reencounter another Pokémon on the route.
