Your suggestions = Next video! 💛 Like ❤️ + Comment ✍️ + Share 🔁 Your support motivates me to create more tasty recipes! 🙏✨ 🌶️ 📝 Ingredients Main Green chillies – 200–250 g (cut into small pieces) Garlic – 15–20 cloves (whole or sliced) Ginger – 2-inch piece (thin slices) Spices Mustard seeds (rai) – 1 tsp Fennel seeds (saunf) – 1 tsp Cumin seeds (jeera) – ½ tsp Fenugreek seeds (methi dana) – ¼ tsp Turmeric – 1 tsp Salt – 1.5 tsp (adjust to taste) Kashmiri red chilli powder – ½ tsp;(optional) ✍️ Liquids Vineger or Lemon juice – 2 tbsp Mustard oil – 4–5 tbsp ⏱️ 10-Minute Instant Method 1️⃣ Heat the Oil In a pan, add mustard oil. Heat until it reaches smoking point. Switch off flame and let it cool for 30–40 seconds. (Hot oil brings instant flavor and softens chilli & garlic immediately.) 2️⃣ Add Spices to Hot Oil To the hot oil, add: Mustard seeds Fennel Cumin Fenugreek Let them crackle for 5–7 seconds. Let them cool completely. 3️⃣ Add Dry Masalas Into the same oil, add: Turmeric Salt Kashmiri chilli powder Mix once. 4️⃣ Add Chili, Garlic & Ginger Now add cut green chillies, garlic & ginger into this hot spiced oil. Mix everything well for 1 minute on low flame (DO NOT cook, just heat). This instantly softens the chilli & garlic without losing crunch. 5️⃣ Add Lemon Juice Turn off flame completely. Add lemon juice and mix well. 6️⃣ Ready to Serve! Transfer to a clean dry jar. Can be eaten immediately.
