Today, I'm sharing my recipe for Chicken 65, a crispy and flavorful dish that packs a punch! This dish is one of my favorites, and I’ll show you how to make it perfectly at home. The crispy chicken, coated in aromatic spices, makes for an irresistible snack or appetizer. Follow these simple steps to marinate, fry and create this mouthwatering treat that everyone will love. Recipe: Ingredients: 400 grams chicken leg boneless Salt to taste 1½ tsps red chilli powder Crushed black peppercorns to taste 10-15 curry leaves, shredded 1 tsp garam masala powder 1½ tbsps ginger- garlic paste 2 tsps red chilli paste 2-3 tbsps yogurt 2-3 tbsps rice flour 2 tbsps oil + to deep fry 1½ tbsps chopped garlic 3-4 green chillies, slit 15-20 curry leaves 2 green chillies, chopped Method 1. Take chicken in a bowl. Add salt, red chilli powder, crushed black peppercorns, curry leaves, garam masala powder, ginger- garlic paste and mix well. 2. Add red chilli paste, yogurt and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 10-15 minutes. 3. Add rice flour and mix well. 4. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep fry the chicken pieces on medium heat till crisp. Drain on absorbent paper. 5. Heat 2 tbsps oil in a pan. Add garlic, green chilli, curry leaves and sauté for 30 seconds. 6. Add chicken pieces, chopped green chillies and toss well. 7.
