[PBE] interesting new Katarina CDR interaction (explanation in the description)

Explanation: Rank 1 Shunpo has a 10 second cooldown and picking up a dagger on lvl 1-5 will refund 78% of the CD, or 7.8 seconds. With 22% CDR, Shunpos cooldown will be 7.8 seconds at rank 1. Picking up a dagger will refund 7.8 seconds again (instead of 78% of 7.8) and youll have an instant double Shunpo combo at level 2. In an actual game i'd only take 15% CDR as the Shunpo refund gets better with higher levels and 22% CDR would be wasted from level 6+, while having 15% CDR will only truly make the Shunpo reset instant from level 11 on (when 90% of Shunpo CD get refunded) Taking 10% CDR is also a viable option, but you will lose the fast combo for levels 1-5.
