#JesusSideIsPierced #SolemnityOfTheSacredHeartOfJesus #Love #Rejection TOPIC: DO YOU LOVE THE PEOPLE WHO REJECT YOU? First Reading: Hosea 11:1, 3-4, 8c-9 Responsorial Psalm: Isaiah 12:2-3, 4, 5-6 Second Reading: Ephesians 3:8-12, 14-19 Alleluia: Matthew 11:29AB Gospel: John 19:31-37 The three readings today speak about God’s love for us, choosing us to be His mouthpiece, his hands and feet to declare His love and His truth to the world. He constantly reminds us to be holy in a world that has a diminished sense of sacrifice, care and concern, and love. It is not easy to love when you are always rejected. Jesus was also rejected many times. This is the 430th installment of our CFC quarantine contemplation series focusing on the daily liturgical readings. [NOTE: All the regular reflections are between 3-7 minutes long, enough time for us to ponder what God's message is for us individually and to pray that we may live them out in our lives.
