Don't forget to hit like and subscribe. Preheat the oven to 350°. Butter and line an 8x8 cake pan. Melt 6 tablespoons of butter in the microwave for 30 seconds. In a food processor, pulverize 12 graham crackers. Once you have graham cracker powder, add in 1/8 cup of sugar, 1/8 teaspoon of salt, along with the melted butter. Mix well and transfer to the cake pan. Press the crust into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 15 minutes. In that time, make the filling. To a large measuring cup, add 1 can of sweetened condensed milk, 1/2 cup of cream, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla, 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar and 3 egg yolks. Mix well. Lastly, pour in 1/4 cup of lemoncello and 1/2 cup of lemon juice. Mex well. Pour into the cake pan and smooth out the top. Bake for 25 minutes. Chill for 4 hours or overnight. Cut into 16 squares and serve.
