Thank you my friends for all of your suggestions. --- 2 Svadisthana / Sacral Chakra – (Relationships/Emotions/Pleasure/Creativity/Joy/Spirituality) The Sacral Chakra (Svadisthana) is located in the sacrum and is considered to correspond to the testes or the ovaries that produce the various sex hormones involved in the reproductive cycle. Svadhishthana is also considered to be related to, more generally, the genitourinary system and the adrenals. The key issues involving Svadhishthana are relationships, violence, addictions, basic emotional needs, and pleasure. Physically, Svadhishthana governs reproduction, mentally it governs creativity, emotionally it governs joy, and spiritually it governs enthusiasm. --- 4 Anahata / Heart Chakra – (Receive Love/Feel Compassion/Healing/Passion/Devotion) Associated with our ability to give and receive love, feel compassion and to reach out to others. It is the center of the Chakras, balancing the seven energy centers. Physically linked to heart, circulatory system, and immune system. Very important healing area. When out of balance, you may feel closed off to others, lack of self-esteem, insecure, jealous, unloved and filled with self-doubt. Anahata is related to the thymus, located in the chest. The thymus is an element of the immune system as well as being part of the endocrine system. It is the site of maturation of the T cells responsible for fending off disease and may be adversely affected by stress. Anahata is related to the color green. Key issues involving Anahata involve complex emotions, compassion, tenderness, unconditional love, equilibrium, rejection and well-being. Physically Anahata governs circulation, emotionally it governs unconditional love for the self and others, mentally it governs passion, and spiritually it governs devotion. ॐ Relax, let your body heal... This music is “In Tune with Nature!” (432 Hz) 432Hz Harmonics - Theoretically 432Hz vibrates more in tune with the natural energy of the universe, the universe in which we are a part of. Versus 440 which is slightly off, or out of tune with the natural world... us. Basically, the A above middle C, in this day and age is tuned to 440. The idea here is that A is more harmonic when tuned to 432. Harmonic with what? Us, the world, the universe; nature. The principal is that if A is tuned to 432, and all of the other notes are in tune with the A, then the music is more vibrationally in tune with us, thus having a more powerful effect on us. It is said that 432Hz is healing to us down to a cellular level, even our DNA is positively affected by the vibrations.
