Will Imran Khan be able to dissolve assemblies? Azam Swati Arrested again What is his real crime?

PDM leaders have responded to Imran Khan's move of dissolving Punjab and KP assemblies in two ways: One, they say, Imran is not serious and second, we will not let Imran Khan dissolve assemblies. Gone are the days when all PDM leaders used to offer that if Imran Khan dissolve provincial assemblies then they will dissolve national assembly for a general election. Now their positions have changed proving that all positions they take from time to time are only political rhetoric. Azam Swati's second arrest on Sunday is a serious development. No doubt he was using strong language against Gen. Bajwa and his key officers in ISI but everyone knows that he had been treated very brutally and since then he did not get any justice from any part of the state - not even from courts. He is thus reactionary as any victim will be in his situation. But his second arrest is not making any sense. His son has expressed fear that he can be killed in police custody.
