Quick & Delicious Guacamole Toast | Fresh, Simple, and Flavorful

In my first ever video, I’m making one of the easiest and most delicious breakfasts — Guacamole Toast! It’s quick, healthy, and packed with flavor. If you love avocado, this one’s for you. Hope you enjoy it — and if you do, please subscribe and leave a comment to support the channel! 🥑 Simple • Fresh • Ready in Minutes Ingredients for guacamole: 2 ripe avocados 1 lime (for juice) 1 small shallot, finely chopped 1 small tomato, diced Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: Mash the Avocados: Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash it with a fork until it reaches your desired consistency (smooth or chunky). Add Lime Juice: Squeeze the lime over the mashed avocado for freshness and flavor. Mix in Shallot: Add the finely chopped shallot for a mild onion flavor. Add Tomato: Stir in the diced tomato for some juicy texture and color. Season: Add salt and pepper to taste. Optional: If you like a little kick, throw in some chili flakes or jalapeños. Also I've added some Canadian bacon on top just to my taste. Ingredients for toast: Bread slices (your choice of bread) Butter or olive oil (for brushing) Optional toppings: garlic powder, herbs. Instructions: Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). This is the ideal temperature for crisping the bread without burning it. Prepare the Bread: Lay your slices of bread on a baking sheet and brush each slice with melted butter or olive oil for a rich, golden finish. For a lighter option, you can drizzle the oil instead of brushing. Optional Seasoning: Sprinkle with garlic powder, dried herbs (like rosemary, thyme, or oregano), or grated cheese if you want a more flavorful toast. Toast the Bread: Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for about 8-10 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and crispy. Keep an eye on it after 5 minutes, as ovens vary in heat.
