Former Chief Minister of Uttarakhand, Harish Rawat in an exclusive talk with India Today has said that he is not going to Delhi to depose before CBI and also added that he is ready for a Narco test in sting video case and challenged the rebel congress to do the same. He said that as the leader of the Congress party in the state assembly, he has to make preparations ahead of the floor test and that is why he wants personal exemption from his personal appearance. He also said that he wants to cooperate with CBI and hence will seek another date to appear before the agency. Harish Rawat was summoned by the investigation agency, CBI on the reported sting operation in which he allegedly tried to bribe rebel congress MLAs. The sting video released by the rebel Congress MLAs had showed Harish Rawat offering bribes to them for their support to win the floor test in the assembly.
