Cauliflower is an easy-to-grow cool weather crop, and a nutritious, delicious veggie. We picture them with a perfect white color, but if you grow them yourself you may find your heads turning yellow 😱 I noticed some of mine with yellow tops, so, with a quickness, I decided to use a Blanching Technique.
