Filling: • Blend pistachios and condensed milk into a smooth paste. • Roast makhana and grind it into fine powder. • In a pan, add milk, makhana powder, pista paste, and green color if you like. • Cook till the mixture leaves the sides. Let it cool. 3. To make rolls: • Roll the kaju dough flat on butter paper. • Spread the makhana–pista filling evenly. • Roll tightly using the paper, let it set, and cut into rolls.
